Chipmill owner groups report multi-million dollar losses
Allied Natural Wood Enterprises (ANWE), whose corporate interests include the Eden woodchip mill has just disclosed a loss of more than $30 million for 2024/25.
The loss was reported in ANWE’s Annual Financial Statement to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) on 31 October 2025.
The previous year, it had profit of $3,558,468.
On the same day, the parent company for the group which manages operations at the chipmill disclosed a $12,972,176 loss. The Pentarch Group includes a number of companies which manage such things as logistics and forestry.
